All Inclusive Vacation Tours
 Includes all meals (local cuisine, fresh local fruit, vegetables, seafood), all activities/tours, all hotel accommodation, all airport transfers, all domestic transportation (excluding airfare), all taxes, purified water at meals, free bottled water on a private air conditioned microbus. Professional English speaking tour director/driver and Qigong instructor accompanies you for your entire tour.

:: 8 All Inclusive Vacation Tour
- Day 1 ― Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival you will be met by one of our representatives at the San Jose international airport. From the airport you will be transported to the hotel where you will dine and spend the night
- Day 2 ― Start the day with a Qigong class with breakfast followed by a visit to the area coffee plantations and a visit to Zooave, beautifully designed and well planned out. The center focuses mainly on birds (aves) with a few mammals and amphibians scattered around the peaceful trials in spacious cages. The mountains and country roads and villages, the fresh breezes and never ending spring seasons will be a welcome adventure. We will have lunch on the road and dinner back at the hotel.
- Day 3 ― Start the day with a Qigong class with breakfast followed by a cruise down Tarcoles River. Enjoy a boat ride through mangroves and explore the habitat of the enormous crocodiles and observing magnificent vegetation and great variety of birds. Lunch on the road and then cross to the Nicoya peninsula by ferry from Puntarenas. Travel to Manzanillo de Cobano to the Ylang Ylang Lodge.
 Dinner at local delicious seafood restaurant. Spend the night at the soothing Ylang Ylang Lodge.
- Day 4 ― Start the day with a Qigong class at the beach and breakfast. Lunch at local restaurant. Sunset Qigong class at the beach. Dinner at local restaurant. Spend the night relaxing at the soothing Ylang Ylang Lodge and visit with Olivier, its’ French owner.
- Day 5 ― Start the day with breakfast at Ylang Ylang Lodge followed by a class on “Zen & the Art of Hammock Riding” at the beach. Enjoy the day hanging-out at the beach with lunch and dinner at local cafe. Participate in an introductory class on Meditation on Twin Hearts. Spend the night at Ylang Ylang Lodge
- Day 6 ― Start the day with a Qigong class at the beach followed by late breakfast at Ylang Ylang Lodge. Travel to Tambor and cross by ferry to Puntarenas. Lunch on the road arriving at the hotel. Dinner back in San Jose.
- Day 7 ― Start the day with breakfast and visit the Poás Volcano and surroundings. This active volcano is home to the second largest crater in the world. It is 1,320 meters in diameter and 300 meters in depth. The main crater is still active today and is one of the oldest craters that contains a lake created by collected rainfall. You can view the lake of Poás by following one of the trails located in the park. The trip continues through the mountain jungle before a stop at the beautiful La Paz Waterfall Gardens with 3.5 kilometers of walking trails, butterfly observatory, hummingbird garden, serpentarium, frog exhibit, trout lake and bird watching areas. As you wander the trails your senses will delight at the five waterfalls that line the trail. Your coffee break and lunch at Doka Estate coffee plantation, on the slopes of the Poás Volcano.
- Day 8 ― Start the day with breakfast and shop at local markets. Travel and depart from the San Jose airport that afternoon. Remember, when exiting all tourists must pay US$26 airport exit tax per person. You pay this tax inside the airport terminal BEFORE checking in with your airline
